The TQS type cleaning and stone removal machine is a specialized grain cleaning and stone removal equipment developed by our company for cleaning grains. This machine combines the functions of cleaning and stone removal to form a comprehensive rice cleaning system. This machine mainly consists of a cleaning screen box part, a stone removal screen box part, a transmission system part, and a frame part. Principle of Action: The elevator transports the rice to the hopper, enters the first layer to clean the screen surface, and the large impurities are discharged outside the machine through the large impurity outlet; Grains and small impurities enter the second screening surface through the sieve holes; Grains enter the stone removal screening surface and are sorted by the stone‑removal screening box. Clean grains are discharged from the discharge port, while stones are discharged from the discharge port. The miscellaneous items are discharged outside the machine through the small miscellaneous outlet. Complete a work cycle so that the cycle repeats itself to obtain clean grains.
